As a Sales Consultant you will sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per monthSales Consultants will assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responsesPrepares sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrivalReviews and analyzes actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectivelyIntroduces customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership's service departmentDelivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperworkSales Consultants will maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfactionPI227382106 Recommended Skills Customer Satisfaction Interpersonal Skills Maintenance Professional Attitude Sales Team Working Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
